Hi, I’m Veda, a junior at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. Every child deserves to feel safe, cared for, and hopeful about tomorrow. Thinking about children growing up without a family’s daily care, or spending their days in a hospital, makes me want to do something to help. I’ve been making art since I was four. This fundraiser is my way of turning something I love into support for children and families who need care and comfort.

Art from the heart.

Art gives me a way to slow down and notice the small things: the colors of a changing season, an animal’s expression, or a quiet moment in nature. I hope the warmth and joy I find in those details come through in the pictures I make.

I explore those ideas through acrylic, oil, watercolor, and oil pastels. Each design begins as a painting or drawing I make by hand, then becomes a printed card for someone to fill with their own words. I love the thought that a picture can travel from my desk to someone else’s hands and become part of a moment of connection.

Along the way, my artwork has received state-level recognition in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

How am I contributing to the fundraiser?

You will be contributing to the fundraiser by purchasing the cards. 100 percent of the proceeds will support the organizations listed.

What is included in each bundle?

The $20 bundle has five cards: Season’s greetings, Winter ornament, Autumn by the water, Festive woodland friend, and Peacock in color. The $35 bundle has one of each of the ten designs shown.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99 per order, regardless of how many cards or bundles you select. Delivery times and available destinations will be confirmed before requests open.

Can I choose just one design?

Yes. Select any design at $5 per card and use the quantity controls to request multiple cards of the same kind. You can also combine individual cards with card bundles in one selection.
